The Sinatra blog
This is the Frank Sinatra Blog about all my favorite Sinatra records. I love all my records but not as much as my Sinatra records. I have a personal attachment to his music. It has so much emotion. A song like Body and Soul on Reflections has feeling almost to the point of you telling the person you love, that you love them body and soul. There's only one Sinatra and he did it all his way...

Gimme some lovin!
The Spencer Davis Group was one of the British beat groups credited with the British Invasion movement (Along with the Beatles, The Who, and so many other great bands to come out in the 60's). The band was made up of Spencer Davis on guitar, Steve Winwood on vocals, Muff Winwood on bass, and Pete York on drums. Steve Winwood the most popular memeber of the group went on to do a lot of things. He was a member of Traffic and also of Blindfaith where he sang alongside Cream members Eric Clapton on the guitar and Ginger Baker, on the drums. Now that's a great line-up!

ventures
So, when I first got into collecting records I did not really know anything about The Ventures. I kind of knew they were a surf rock band, but what really caught my eye was the album cover (and of course the music is timeless). So, with that being said i give you WILD THINGS!!!!

Punk Rock Mondays
Today its all about the "godfathers" of punk rock, The Ramones!!! This is the record that started it all! If it wasn't for The Ramones, then there wouldn't even be the genre of punk rock. They didn't only create the genre they defined the genre.
As a kid, when I found out about punk music, it was just like finding out about skateboarding. It was a part of me, a part of who I am. I will always be a punk rocker.
"It's what's in our blood, it flows through our veins, so save your breath 'coz we're here to stay!!"

Punk Rock Mondays
The only band that matters is The Clash!! London Calling is one the most talked about punk records of all time and it is one the top records of all time coming in at number 8! It's really cool that they have been ranked in the top with the Beatles and recognized.
All the clash records are different and bring new ideas. They don't just stick to one style of music but embrace many genres including jazz, reggae, folk, etc... This is RADIO CLASH!!!!

100% Skateboarder or am I...
Skateboarding is freedom. It is self expression. Some might say its an art form of freedom of expression. There are some people that do it for fun. Others just for the pure addiction of the feeling you get from bombing a hill and becoming a junkie to the rush of a adrenaline you get in your veins. As a kid, I never thought I'll skate to be cool- I just watched videos and saw that all these dudes were skating cool spots. The exploring part of skateboarding is what made me want to skate...
So what is a skater nowadays? Skinny jeans, beanies in the middle of the summer.... skaters doing the same tricks over and over again? Well, if that's what it is then I guess I'm not a skater anymore.
